Your enquiry

The enquiry helper prepares an email draft in your browser. The website does not submit the form to a server, store it in a website database or connect it to a CRM. Your details remain on the page until you choose to open your email app or copy the draft.

If you send the email, the broker you select receives the information you include. It is then handled through the relevant email service so the broker can review and respond to your enquiry. An email draft is not confirmation of receipt.

Information to include

Your name, reply address and a brief property enquiry are enough to begin. A telephone number is optional. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or financial evidence in an initial enquiry.

Browsing the website

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use tracking scripts. Its fonts and images are served with the website. Hosting and security services may process technical connection information such as an IP address to provide and protect the service.

Questions about your information

Contact the broker you are communicating with to ask how your enquiry is handled or to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent. Any applicable record-keeping requirements will need to be considered when responding to a request.
